- Brother: So. Guess what?
- Me: What?
- Brother: Remember how Andrea said she wasn't looking forward to going to school on Monday at church?
- Me: Sure.
- Brother: She broke up with her boyfriend.
- Me: . . . okay.
- Brother: Should I feel bad for her?
- Brother: No.
- Me: I thought you used to like her.
- Brother: BUT TODAY, I STYLED MY HAIR.
- Brother: AND ALL THESE GIRLS COMPLIMENTED ME.
- Me: . . .
- Brother: I think I'm going to style my hair everyday.
- Brother: I can do better than Andrea.

What was the first song you ever heard by 1?
I think it was BondS ~絆~.
What is your favorite song of 5?
“Perfect World”.
What kind of impact has 1 left on your life?
They were my leeway into Japanese music.
I started off watching one of their live shows on youtube.
Then I ended up listening to nothing but An Cafe for a solid year or two.
Then it progressed to fangirling over Kanon.
In all seriousness, they’ve had a huge impact on my life.
An Cafe has made me more ambitious.
They’re my inspiration to teach abroad in Japan.
What are your favorite lyrics of 5?
To be on the edge of breaking down
And no one’s there to save you
No you don’t know what it’s like
Welcome to my life
How many times have you seen 4 live?
I haven’t seen MCR live yet.
What is your favorite song by 2?
The Music Or The Misery.
Is there any song by 3 that makes you sad?
はい。壊れていく世界とCrying Rainです。
What is your favourite song by 1?
BondS ~絆~。
When did you first get into 2?
I think it was around grade 7 or 8.
How did you get into 3?
After my freshman An Cafe phase, I started listening to heavier stuff.
I think I randomly found Girugamesh stuff on youtube and gave it a listen.
I instantly fell in love with Satoshi’s vocals, energy, and stage presence.
What is your favourite song by 4?
Hmm. I’d say either Dead! or Famous Last Words.
As for their newer stuff, I really like Planetary (GO!).
What is a good memory concerning 1?
I remember fangirling over them with Arianne, Tine, and Cathleen.
I also cosplayed as Takuya for this fancy cosplay buffet dinner thing.
What is your favorite song of 3?
あのう、ドミノと睡蓮です。
After many games of tetris battle and struggling to finish my Museum Report/Reflection as quickly as I could last night, I logged onto portal this morning to find out that my class tomorrow is cancelled due to our instructor having a family emergency. She has postponed the due date of our museum report, but next week is reading week (for two days). So it’ll actually be a two week extension.

Eh. At least I don’t have that class for two weeks then. Maybe I’ll be able to catch up on the readings for that class (which I am extremely behind on). I guess it’s better I didn’t find out about the class cancellation before I finished writing it, or I’d be writing it the day before the extended due date.
Miss kita. I haven’t seen you in forever. D:
I had every intention to go to my anthro tutorial this morning, honestly. But the buses were delayed and by the time I got to the anthro building, I was already 20-ish minutes late (for the one hour tutorial). The elevator took forever to get to the first floor too. Long story short, when I got to the room, the door was locked and I could see everyone talking in groups around tables.
…
Yeah, I didn’t go in.
Since I became a vegetarian around grade 8, I had never had a poutine because of the beef-based gravy. Then I found out that Smoke’s Poutinerie served vegetarian poutines with mushroom-based gravy. I had my first poutine on Thursday before my anthro lecture with Jo (although, technically, I didn’t finish mine).
I thought it was a bit too salty. But the fries and cheese curds were awesome. I underestimated the size of it and upgraded to a large since it was like $1.50 more than the regular. My brother enjoyed the leftovers at home.

Needless to say, my arteries probably hated me afterwards. But did I care? Heck no. We got ice cream. :>
